Classes 

Pole Classes

Intro Pole

New to pole? Welcome! Intro introduces you to pole by learning basic spins, how to grip the pole & become familiar with walking around the pole. Typically, a new student will take 2-3 classes of intro before expecting to move to Level 1.

 Pole 1 (White Widow) 

Pole 1 consists of more intermediate spins & beginner's combos. More advanced level 1 students are introduced to spin pole, climbing and beginner's tricks to enter level 2. Expect to spend some time in level 1 & get to know your body and what it is capable of. We recommend wearing sports a bra & short shorts for skin grip.*Must test out of Intro to attend.

  Pole 2 (Black Widow)

Pole 2 introduces inverting & climbing. Students will become comfortable performing aerial tricks & intermediate combos. Students will spend time building strength & holding inverted poses. For Level 2 we recommend wearing a sports bra & short shorts for skin grip.* Must test out of Level 1 to attend.

  Pole 3 (Brown Widow)

Pole 3 consists of less contact points with the body & pole. Must be comfortable in most level 2 moves. Level 3 combines more challenging aerial tricks & combos. Pole 3 requires a student's strength to be established & comfortable. We recommend wearing a sports bra & short shorts for skin grip. *Must test out of Level 2 to attend.

 Advanced 4/5 (Red Widow)

Advanced pole is considered level 4/5 . This is where  typically you see the fancy tricks or challenging videos of pole dancers online. It may range from student requests, advanced combos, flips, advanced climbs, drops, etc. We recommend wearing a sports bra & short shorts for skin grip. *Must test out of Level 3 to attend.

Acro-Pole

Acro-Pole is described as advanced pole moves combined with gymnastics. This class offers combinations that may include connecting poses with handstands & other acrobatics. This is a very trick heavy class and you're bound to combine some super cool combos! *Must be a level 3 or higher to attend.

Open Pole

Open pole leaves creation to you! Come in and work on what you want! Instructor will only be present for supervision & safety purposes.

Beginner's Exotic Choreo Lv 1+

Exotic Choreo is a sexy choreo routine over a month-long period. Each week, new choreo is taught until routine is complete. This class will give you a stripper vibe that leaves you feeling sexy & confident. Open to comfortable level 1+. Heels are encouraged but not required. Kneepads highly recommended.

Pole Strengthening & Conditioning

This class increases strength and flexibility to physically hold body weight up efficiently and reliably. Flexibility and strength are essential to mastering many moves and to ensure that your muscles don't over stretch prematurely. This class will prepare and challenge your body to produce the best of results for your pole journey.

Flexibility Training

This class incorporates holding poses and performing soft stretches for the body. This class stretches different muscles groups throughout the body. Flexibility & strength are vital to achieving particular pole moves with ease. This class uses a variety of tools to train your muscles, such as yoga blocks, resistance bands & flexibility straps. Train your muscles to comfortably hold poses with relaxation, and work on your body's flexibility! Our class combines dynamic stretching, targeted exercises, and techniques from various disciplines to help you achieve impressive splits, backbends, and graceful lines.

Specialty Classes

Dowel Fascia Decompression

In this class, you will be using a supplied towel and a wooden dowel (1.5 inches in diameter, 4 feet long).This class will use dowels to focusing on different muscle groups every week. The purpose of this class will help release fascia build up & tension. The freedom that occurs throughout the entire body is noticed when the center of our being becomes free from past trauma, insult and injury that became part of our fascia pattern. You will experience a deeper breath, freer movements and may even encounter a few emotional releases as you decompress and let out the past.

Block Therapy

Block Therapy is a powerful practice that unlocks the restrictions created by unconscious breath & improper posture that create blockages & discomfort in the body. Block Therapy combines proper diaphragmatic breathing with your body weight & gravity to gently melt through these restrictions & bring relief! A Block Buddy will be made available to pre-registered students. 

Bad B*tch Burlesque 

Bad B*tch Burlesque will empower you to feel sexy in your body, whether for an audience or just in front of the mirror. In this class, you'll learn techniques for bringing sensuality to life, as well as a new choreography routine every few weeks. No experience needed. Be ready to sweat!

Let's Get To Twerk!

Come practice some moves and learn to create amazing twerk isolations & floor work. Strengthen your whole body as well as those booty muscles! This is a safe space to embrace your sexy and receive a huge boost of self-esteem and self-love through twerking.  This class will teach you how to increase flexibility and improve your poses, and range of motion. This class is  your opportunity to have fun and be free no matter what shape or size you are or how big or small of a booty you have !

Strength & Stretch Yoga

Connect your breath to your movement in this yoga class that will build your strength and increase your flexibility. Each class will have breathwork, strength-focused flow and then deep stretch and relaxation. This class is for all bodies and all skill levels. Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating practice designed to nourish both your body and mind. In this class, we focus on long-held, passive poses that target the deep connective tissues, promoting flexibility, mobility, and inner peace.

Aeriel Classes 

  Pole 2/3

Want to ease into level 3 but not quite ready? This class prepares you for more difficult moves and combos you will be learning in level 3. Learn transitions from move to move and longer holds. *Must be a comfortable Level 2 to attend.

Lethal Lyra 

Roller Pole

Ready to have as much fun as you can on Roller Skates?! We welcome you to Roller Pole! This is Colorado’s first studio ever to hold Roller Pole Classes! Come learn basic skating skills, some fun footwork, combos, transitions and choreography! *No experience necessary. Quad skates only - no rollerblades please.

Lyra consists of a hoop mounted from the ceiling. In this class we will teach the basic fundamentals of aerial hoop. Students will learn basic mounts, static poses, and transitions in this fun and challenging class! Students are recommended to wear layers. Advanced students are also welcome for we have different modifications and combos for everyone.

Booties & Bellies!

Build beautiful buns and bellies with this strength circuit class. We'll target thighs, glutes, and core muscles to improve balance and strength, whether you're a dancer, an aerialist, or just looking to keep living life strong and healthy.

 Sculpt and strengthen your upper body and core! Build biceps and back muscles. Activate your abs. Trim your triceps. This resistance band and light weights strength class focuses on mini superset circuits. Complement your existing lifting routine or add strength training for the first time. Modifications available for all bodies and abilities.
