Pole Classes

Intro/Lvl 1 Pole (White Widow)
 

New to pole? Welcome to Intro/Lvl1 Pole! This class introduces you to Pole Fitness by learning basic spins, how to grip the pole & become familiar with walking around the pole. Once moving past the basics, this class will take you to more advanced spins and beginner pole tricks! Expect to spend a good amount of time in Intro/Lvl 1 Pole before moving the the next level. * Must test out of Intro/Lvl1 to enter Level 2 Pole

  Pole 2 (Black Widow)

Pole 2 introduces inverting & climbing. Students will become comfortable performing aerial tricks & intermediate combos. Students will spend time building strength & holding inverted poses. For Level 2 we recommend wearing a sports bra & short shorts for skin grip.* Must test out of Level 1 to attend.

  Pole 3 (Brown Widow)

Pole 3 consists of less contact points with the body & pole. Must be comfortable in most level 2 moves. Level 3 combines more challenging aerial tricks & combos. Pole 3 requires a student's strength to be established & comfortable. We recommend wearing a sports bra & short shorts for skin grip.  *Must test out of Level 2 to attend.

 Advanced Level 4 Pole (Red Widow)

Advanced pole is considered level 4/5 . This is where  typically you see the fancy tricks or challenging videos of pole dancers online. It may range from student requests, advanced combos, flips, advanced climbs, drops, etc. We recommend wearing a sports bra & short shorts for skin grip. *Must test out of Level 3 to attend.

Open pole leaves creation to you! Come in and work on what you want! Instructor will only be present for supervision & safety purposes.

Beginner's Exotic Choreo Lv 1+

Exotic Choreo is a sexy choreo routine over a month-long period. Each week, new choreo is taught until the routine is complete. Missed the prior weeks? No worries, you can jump in at anytime! This class will give you a stripper vibe that leaves you feeling sexy & confident.

*Must be a confident/comfortable  level 1+ (must have mastered most moves in lvl 1) . *Heels are encouraged but not required. *Kneepads highly recommended.

Pole Strengthening & Conditioning

This class increases strength and flexibility to physically hold body weight up efficiently and reliably. Flexibility and strength are essential to mastering many moves and to ensure that your muscles don't over stretch prematurely. This class will prepare and challenge your body to produce the best of results for your pole journey.

Specialty Classes

Bad B*tch Burlesque 

Bad B*tch Burlesque will empower you to feel sexy in your body, whether for an audience or just in front of the mirror. This burlesque inspired class gives you a combination of choreography, sexy floorwork and occasionally using chairs. You will learn techniques for bringing sensuality to life, as well as a new choreography routine every few weeks. No experience needed. Be ready to sweat!

Aeriel Classes 

Open Gym (lyra only)

Are you ready to take those pole moves you’ve been learning in class and put them into a beautiful flow? Come join me for Contemporary Pole where you will learn a mini routine to music! Choreography will be a combination between floor work and pole moves. Missed the prior weeks? No worries, you can jump in at anytime!  We will work on transitioning between moves to create flowetry!

*This is a no heels class (barefoot)

*Kneepads & socks recommended

  *Must be a confident/comfortable  level 1+ (must have mastered most moves in lvl 1) .

Beginner's Contemporary Choreo Lvl 1+

Black Widow BURN

Get ready to move, groove, and sweat it out in this high-energy, heart-pumping dance cardio class - blending Zumba and REB3L GROOVE! Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a first-timer, this class will have you shimmying, shaking, and breaking a serious sweat to an upbeat mix of today’s hottest tracks and classic jams. You'll burn calories, improve endurance, and boost your mood all while learning fun, easy-to-follow dance routines. No experience needed—just bring your energy and leave feeling empowered and energized!

Lethal Lyra Lvl 1/1.5

Whether you are a comfortable level 2 student looking to to graduate into level 3 or you are a level 3 student, this class is available for you!  Learn more challenging moves & combos that will prepare you for level 3.

*Must be a confident level 2 to attend this class

Pole Lvl 2.5/3

Pole 3 or 4

Pole 3 or 4 consists of less contact points with the body & pole. Must be comfortable in level 2 moves. Whether you are Level 3 or Level 4 (Advanced) this class combines more challenging aerial tricks & combos. This class will adapt to the students skills & will have variations according to this. We recommend wearing a sports bra & short shorts for skin grip. *Must test out of Level 2 to attend.

Lyra consists of a hoop mounted from the ceiling. In this class we will teach the basic fundamentals of aerial hoop. Students will learn basic mounts, static poses, and transitions in this fun and challenging class! Students are recommended to wear layers. Advanced students are also welcome for we have different modifications and combos for everyone. Please refrain from wearing shorts. Please dress in layers or wear athletic pants.

More advanced students will review foundational moves and start working on transitions to create fluidity and full flows. We will work on weekly choreography and a few more advanced moves, such as alternate entries into the hoop, invert conditioning, different grips, top bar positions, and lower-level drops and rolls.

Open gym for lyra (aerial hoop) leaves the creativity to you! A 1hr session where the student gets to work on what they want to work on. Instructor is present for safety purposes only

Come learn a mix of strength & pole flow where you can embrace flow and tap into your exotic side. This class gives a strippery vibe and combines a mix of choreography and pole tricks into new weekly choreo combos. This is an intermediate to advance pole skill level class. *Heels & Kneepads encouraged

* Lvl 2/3+

*Must be a comfortable level 2 poler to attend.

Exotic Choreo Lyra

Embrace the slow and sensual as we build strength and find our flow through monthly choreo. This class is designed to help you find confidence on & off the hoop. This class combines Lyra & Floorwork choreography & occasional lyra/chair choreo. Missed the prior weeks? No worries, you can jump in at anytime!

*Must be confident/comfortable in level 1 Lyra to attend.

*Dance heels/kneepads are optional.

*Tights or leggings is strongly recommended.

Roller Pole Lvl 1&2

Combining the best of both worlds! Roller skating & Pole Fitness! We welcome you to Roller Pole! This is Colorado’s first official studio ever to hold Roller Pole Classes! Come learn basic skating skills, footwork/floorwork, basic/intermediate combos, transitions and choreography! We will be learning  choreography every other week to complete half a song each month. Missed the first week? No worries, You can jump in anytime!

 *Must be a confident/comfortable Lvl 1 Poler. Variations will be available according to pole skills. 

* Kneepads are HIGHLY recommended.

*Quad skates only - no rollerblades please.
